About this workshop:

Burnout can show up quietly, leaving us feeling tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected. This workshop is designed to help you understand what burnout really is, recognize the early signs, and learn simple tools to support your emotional well-being. You are welcome to join quietly with your camera off, this is a safe space.

What This Workshop Will Cover:

  • What burnout is (and what it isn’t)

  • Common causes of burnout

  • Early warning signs

  • The burnout cycle

  • Practical tools for recovery

  • Gentle strategies for grounding and regulating stress

  • A short, low-pressure breathing or grounding practice

This workshop is open to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply curious about learning healthier ways to cope.
